[ It's been an odd rollercoaster ride lately. From learning about this town, to losing his pendant, to getting it back, to finding beasts that were definitely not supposed to be here, to overall just dealing with the shitty shenanigans this town had to throw at them, and with very little in terms of clues about what this town really was, but... it could be worse. After all, he got his pendant back, and there was so much color that returned to this world (a lot in Ruga, too, Caramia noticed. It was nice seeing the roads in a color again, and even if the curtains didn't match, they certainly were much easier on the eyes to look at.
And today he was going to teach Dextera Italian sign language! It was already something he intended to do, but the quests gave him all the more incentive. Did sign count as a skill? Well, surely fingerspelling did, if anything. Even if it didn't, he was still happy to show Dextera, even if, admittedly, it wouldn't be much help here. After all, there was really only two people in the whole town he know that could actually read Italian sign, but... whatever.
For now, he'd wait outside for Dextera to come by. He even grabbed his guitar to lazily play a cheery tune on the porch to fill the time-- which, really, just made it all the more easier to find his little house. ]
